NEW DELHI: Starting June 1, the government-backed open network for digital commerce (ONDC), is making certain revisions to its incentive structure. Under the new regime, the maximum pricing incentive will be capped at ₹100 per order from over Rs 120 earlier. Also, the total incentive will not exceed 50% of the total order value, including shipping charges.
“To be eligible, orders should have a minimum order value of ₹200 for food & beverage and Rs 300 for all other categories, including shipping charges. A buyer is eligible for an incentive for a maximum five transactions per month. A buyer app can incentivise a maximum of 20 transactions per seller/brand per day,” ONDC said in a note.
